Systems like chatbots must clearly inform users that they are interacting with a machine, while certain AI-generated content must be labelled as such.

Minimal Risk

Most AI systems such as spam filters and AI-enabled video games face no obligation under the AI Act, but companies can voluntarily adopt additional codes of conduct.

Obtain Accreditation Certificate

Apply for and obtain an accreditation certificate from the Cyprus Organization for the Promotion of Quality (CYS-CYSAB) or provide alternative documentation to proof compliance with Art. 31.

Download and Complete the Application Form

Download the official application form (Application Form) and carefully fill it out following the guidelines provided (Guidelines). Ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

Submit Your Application

Submit the completed application form, together with the accreditation certificate and all other required supporting documents, to the Notifying Authority via email at info@ai.ee.cy.
